Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your furniture. Whilst we try to make our photos and descriptions as accurate as possible, sometimes a piece is just not right for the situation. If this is the case, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange return collection and refund for the item(s). We ask that all items be returned in 100% perfect condition, with all packaging in place for resale or a re-stocking fee may be charged. In exceptional circumstances, a product may arrive suffering minor wear and tear from the shipping process, or even a minor defect that occurred at the factory. Please bit that you must report any damage immediately upon delivery by noting it on the Delivery note and contacting us by calling one of our Representatives on 0141 573 2800. We will require written confirmation of this by email, post or facsimile. You will be able to cancel your order within 7days of ordering. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if your circumstances change and you cannot take delivery of the order. All prices shown on this site are exclusive of VAT at current rates ruling. |
